Coffeedesk API
At Coffeedesk we give you the opportunity to integrate your e-commerce, CRM or CMS system with our platform. If you have an active account with us, you can get your individual access code (api_key) and start the integration. Thanks to our API your system can retrieve data from the Coffeedesk platform automatically. Of course, in order to take full advantage of the possibilities and potential of the API, you will need the necessary technical knowledge or help of an experienced programmer.
Individual access code (api_key)
The access code (api_key) is an individual access key that identifies you as a unique user of our platform in external integrations. You can obtain it directly from your Coffeedesk Sales Representative.
Please note that the access code (api_key) is integrally linked to your account on our platform and according to Coffeedesk practice, one unique user may only have one account assigned to him. Be careful and do not share your access code (api_key) with anyone else.
API integration update
Since you are our customer and you belong to the Coffeedesk family, you know that in striving for perfection in our Coffee Revolution, we are constantly developing our range, especially in the specialty range. Therefore, there are changes in the names of our products or in the menu structure itself regarding product groups. So for your integration through our API to always work properly you need to keep it up to date. Of course, you will receive information about these planned changes from your Coffeedesk Sales Representative.

We provide you with the
SWAGGER UI API definition from which you can generate an API client in virtually any programming language and an interface where you can experiment and test the API. It also has a unified response format, consistent with today's web standards.
FAQ
Does API send out the stock levels in real time? If yes, how often?
The API doesn't give you the possibility to download full information about our stocks level, however, it returns information about the availability of a given quantity of product. The maximum value of availability of a given product with we show is limited to 20 pieces. Description and type of returned parameters in the facility can be found in our API documentation.
Will I get support from you in configuring?
As we said at the beginning, in addition to the documentation we have made available, you will need technical knowledge or the help of an experienced programmer to process the configuration. We do not deal with the configuration of individual integrations but at the same time we provide you with support to solve specific obstacles.

If, during implementation or cooperation via our API, you encounter any obstacles, as part of our relationship-driven approach to working with our clients, we provide you with the option to submit a request directly to our IT Department. Please note, however, that we do not handle the configuration of individual integrations, but focus on resolving specific issues.
